Nieruchome tlo w IE7

Witam. Mam 2 male problemy.

Pierwszy:
Mam strone podzielona na 6 divow. W srodkowej jest glowna tresc strony, z tlem, ktore powinno byc nieruchome. Jednak kiedy wrzucam:
background-attachment: fixed;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
Tlo znika calkowicie.

Drugi problem.
W dolnym Divie, tzw. stopce chce umiescic link do bannera, ale chce sam zdecydowac w jakim ma byc miejscu(ten banner). Daje wiec:

jednak img ciagle pojawia sie w punkcie 0.0 tego diva(stopka). Kiedy wrzuce klase a poza style diva stopka moge go ustawic gdzie zechce, ale mi zalezy na tym, zeby byl on zagniezdzony w divie stopka.
